Brinox Group announces resumption in hybrid work model

The administrative team is welcomed on Tuesday and Wednesday upon their return to the company
Thinking about the adaptations of the job market and taking care of its employees, the Brinox Group is implementing the work program in a hybrid model. This Tuesday, September 21, the Group began to receive administrative sectors that have been working from home since March 2020.
Return in Hybrid Work Model
The reception of professionals included a welcome message from the Human Resources Manager, Celiz Frizzo, the Financial Director, Gustavo Pretto and a speech on Mental Health, led by the company’s Social Worker, Suzane Beatriz Dillenburg. The work structure was resumed in a coworking model, where there are no fixed spots and all sectors visit the company weekly, working at least two days in person.
The teams were organized into two groups, with one group working in person on Mondays and Tuesdays and another group on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Friday is free for anyone who wants to. A multidisciplinary team works on the project, adapting structural, sanitary, technological, and institutional issues.
At workstations, 70% alcohol is available for sanitizing, the use of a mask is mandatory and vaccination against covid-19 is a recommendation to all employees. Transport is available for face-to-face days and home office assistance remains active, in order to continue supplying basic expenses.
“With everyone vaccinated with at least one dose and the improvement in contagion rates, we understand that it is time to start the hybrid model, we are confident that the face-to-face moments will be positive for the mental health of the team, for the training of new members and for strengthening the company’s culture”, says the Human Resources Manager, Celiz Frizzo.
The hybrid operating model had already been announced by the company in May 2020 and was waiting for the safest time to start.
Home Office Model Survey
The home office, at the Brinox Group, started in March 2020, currently completing 1 year and a half of 100% remote activities. The implementation of the home office included training in technology, ergonomics, and other relevant subjects. The professionals received financial assistance, also for adaptations in the workstations at home. About 150 employees from the administrative and support areas participated in the project and responded to two evaluation surveys of the work model with extremely positive results.
